    it had to do a reverse split to remain listed on the Nasdaq

    Since doing the reverse split......the share price is still lower then $1 on a pre split basis

    IF the reverse split had NOT been done.....LOOK would be trading on the pink sheets in the US now.


    The facts are there for ALL to see.
