You will have noticed, that there are many websites that are listed. The Looksmart Sites highlight their current 25 LooksmartCities Sites. For this exercise, only serious INVESTOR MINDED persons (but especially you LINAKER) should read on from here. You do have to think. BUT it's all part of research.

I have chosen one of the Looksmart links, being Looksmart SAN FRANCISCO.

I have chosen "wedding gowns" from within my example below .....(LocalSanFrancisco.com)

It is on this page of results, Local businesses can be supported by articles contained within Looksmart's Vertical, pertaining to , yes..."wedding gowns"....

So, a 'user' from the “SanFran” region, searching for anything to do with wedding gowns, can then be retained longer on this page of results with the installation of an articles button near the search bar, located on this (above) page. This suits those "local" (advertiser) entries from the SanFran region. This search button could then take them to Looksmart Vertical options, contained within the Google SERPS, as shown here, next link below. Remembering, those "Ads by Google", as shown on this very page, can then be transferred to this same (the Google-Looksmart Vertical options) page and in turn, one more time, to any chosen Looksmart Vertical. After-all, the "user", (it's fair to assume), IS from the “SanFran” region.

And once again, that SAME set of Google Ads (remember them?) that we have transferred through each stage of this simple process, (& both contextualized/geo targeted for our "SanFran" user) can also be 'dragged' over to this page in lieu of, or, even supporting an appropriate banner, down the RHS of this Looksmart most popular listings page.

And ....Looksmart's Furl.net becomes an intricate part of all levels of process on partner sites, allowing "users" to 'save & share' treasured content found on the net, in their travels.
