I'm affraid that I don't understand LOK any more, the stock has become very complex for investors standing on the sidelines.
However it's clear (just by looking at the chart) that the ones that do understand the stock see real value.

I only like to buy stocks that I understand or that are earnings positive.
A few years back I knew LOK inside-out, sadly I have lost touch and don't seem to be able to get a handle on the new business model.
I think we need to have a lunch and go over it again ;-)
