Yes ... It was a reccomendation of mine ... I sent them an article that quoted ("NCLB" stuff) that millions of kids as young as 3 & 4, in child minding centres in the US were spending an hour or two, each day, on the Net ...

I advised, that 'early' BRANDING was great to get them into the Verticals, when they start school. There are 22 Million study aged kids in the US ....

This is exciting stuff .... I'll have to get some more tomorrow, now!!
