Installed cost of Kalina on a per MW basis is 20 - 30% cheaper, and yes this will improve further with the Chinese production. The limitation to date has been that the ownership of Kalina has been unclear and impossible to license. GDY signed up to use Kalina back in 2004! Read the ann.
