Dr Daz - re GDY and kalina - about a year ago I posted the following but never got a reply that answered my question - question is in the second last paragraph -
GDY experts or WAS experts for that matter - on 26/7/2004 Geodynamics announced a provisional patent for a new Kalina Cycle design in partnership with Recurrent Engineering LLC.
In 2007 Global Geothermal(GGL)- was formed between Recurrent Engineering and Wasabi(WAS)- 70% owned by WAS 30% Recurrent.
Wasabi's final report 29/8/2008 mentions GGL now 75% WAS and 25% AMP Capital Partners lLC.
Question - is the GDY patent totally separate from the WAS or GGL patent with no upside here for WAS?
WAS final report mentions resolving issues concerning the rights to the Kalina Cycle? I hold WAS but not GDY.
