However, my previous efforts indicate that all the IP (200+ patents) are now held fully by GGL, and GDY's rights reverted back to GGL (due to a clawback clause executed by GGL because GDY did not pull their finger out to build a plant).

bello - I think we are on the same page. Although I am familiar with U, in the current capital constrained environment, GGL has nearer term opportunities.
