One of my partners is a builder -all hard work - has made some big quids but never ever has had the financial leverage to put away a few million like you can parlay in the junior exploration gold business. Building and construction is boring -very, very boring -not many exciting stories about ,and if you were my age you would know by now your moment in the sun is no longer than five minutes -another recession on the horizon and builders crying once again for a Govt. handout -enjoy your hard work and your little team beavering away whilst you can - for my money there is more fun, more sense of achievement and more rewards in gold. Ever since I was knee high to a grasshopper I have fought the Aussie idea that housing was some wonderful industry -what do you ever really develop that produces anything worthwhile for the economy. Anyone can build houses but not anyone can find mines.
