    That's assuming no DRC disruption, but more importantly IMO, it's assuming buying consortiums (like those already mentioned in India and Japan); battery producers and car manufacturers won't recognise the looming 2022 inflection point and start stockpiling cobalt in advance so they don't risk well, going out of business.
