    Yeah, here's hoping the Japan consortium (coming online Q1 2019) goes on shopping spree and the DRC declare cobalt as a strategic metal and the royalties go up to 10% (currently at 3%), decision due by end of 2018 I believe??

    Any info on the Indian consortium???
