Blackdeath, I agree there. However, I do not see oil at US$20 a barrel as Nickoo does, Opec have control of that now, they will keep it in the $22-28 range for as long as they can.
Gas prices in USA will tend towards higher rather than lower over time as the Yanks are depleting reserves at a faster rate than they are finding them. It is an energy mad country, just look at the size of the cars.
I personally think PSA could easily find more gas in this area and carry on producing for many years at good volumes. Now that would really be a bumper cashflow, but I agree with person that said they need the cashflow now.
