this is just wistful thinking from those who want this all to go away.
Court case starts on the 30th and is scheduled to run to easter. Then judge will reserve decision and it will be months before result comes out. Sorry but IMO it will not be over or laughed out of court in any hurry. Some like Cransy would not even know what a constructive trust is but I understand part of CHM team have extensive experience in this having worked on a matters similar.
By the time the first case is ruled upon the Koh and Evans matter will be going to court This is going to drag out all of this year.
Anyone jumping into CHM now for a quick result is dreaming along with anyone from MMX side thinking this will be all over soon.
