There are going to be a lot of people eating their words at the end of next week.

Not only should it be obvious to all that there is a MAJOR announcement due before the end of the SPP, it should also be obvious that the TIMING of this announcement was also planned.

- The SPP is not underwritten
- The SPP is designed to be 'anti-creep' (see my post 23/10)
- ESG is HIGHLY confident the SPP will be in the money
- The announcement(s) therefore must be significant enough such that ESG knew the shareprice would jump significantly.

Just progress from the laterals will not be enough, imo. The announcement has to be either major commercialisation news (and perhaps a 3P upgrade), or an earlier 2P upgrade as a result of stable flow rates from BW.

Anything less significant than this will not excite the market enough, imo.

So, to ye of little faith, who must think ESG management are fools, hang on to your hats.

Or, preferably, write me an option that reflects your view that the share price will be around 85 cents next week.

Because it won't be.
