Gina didn't disallow or disapprove of anything about RED, nor do we need things wound back. RED now needs the DENR to do their job and look at the application for the new TSF submitted in July 2016. GINA just made them focus there limited resources to stopping mining. Interesting times moving forward but no idea of timeframes.
