    This guy seems to like marina assets, having gazumped CEC out of CIY's Townsville terminal, and paid more for it ($38mil vs 30mil). Wonder if he's interested in buying all of Martha Cove or at least the beachfront? Could drop a bucketload of cash into the CPK coffers and drag the sp off the floor. Here's hoping......
