OBJ Limited (ASX: OBJ) is aware of the release of a L’Oreal product in China that bears resemblance to products incorporating OBJ technology.
The company has sought advice on OBJ’s position in this matter and has consulted with our stakeholders. At this time we are working to heighten protection of our products containing micro arrays wherever possible.
OBJ is making further enquiries on the matter at this time and we have written to L’Oreal expressing our ongoing concerns.
Based on the information it currently has to hand, the company does not consider that the actions of L’Oreal will have an effect on the company or on any relationships with our partnering companies.
