I posted about this a couple of years ago on this very forum. Of course I was accused of downramping then! Well, in my opinion, this is just the thin end of the wedge. If the Magnetic Wand proves to be commercially successful then just watch the enterprising Chinese flood the market with copies at a fraction of the retail price, in no time at all. And it won't just be in China either - it will be across all of Asia. Neither OBJ nor P&G will be able to do anything about it. Even if they were successful in suing someone, then another would simply fill the gap. The same goes for the bodyguard products too, if they eventually hit the shelves. All very sad but a reality of the globalised economy. I must say though that I am surprised that L'Oreal is the first to infringe (assuming they have). It makes you wonder what kind of "talks" OBJ was having with them, eh?
