    Lorry did well to get the company as far as he did but he has been long way out of his depth for last 12+ months on a project of this size and complexity.

    $20m cash backing means Eritrean potash project valued at almost nothing.

    STB might start to move now. Could quickly rerate to $1 plus if new MD shows signs that he can bring a big potash player into the project.
