So we get the chance to purchase 1 Duketon share for every 4 STB shares we own. So STB sticks with the Potash and Duke looks after the nickel. Do we have a price on the shares yet or will there be some relationship between Duke SP and STB current SP or will it be on the 3 month avg? Will any price below the current STB SP drop STB further? For some reason this feels like a form of dilution in reverse but with no obvious benefeits to STB. Speaking openly-any views/input? Do I have no idea?
Some time ago I put forward the idea that STB should be actively mining even on a small scale to supply local or interstate demand. Good to start small and iron out wrinkles before going large too quickly IMO. Having cash coming in for a product is what business is about. Just ideas.
