The CEO will need to drive the share price to more than double the current $0.10 for the options to be in the money, that’s a good and achievable incentive for him to push the value beyond $0.20. I reckon there could be a mini rerate for the sector if KLL were to get back on track in the next six months… and just maybe some fresh ideas coming at SO4 with the new owners might help generate some positive sentiment again. The war in Ukraine looks like it will be around for some time, weaker $Au and strong fertiliser prices, … we should be flying!
