I was replying to your post house prices will not go up.
My reason being if you get $50 pay rise the government will get their share depending on the tax rate you pay and in the end you will still have to pay $50 for the goods you buy that is the reason between the 3.3 and the 15 times and will continue to increase in time.
I can remember my grandfather buying a 5 bedroom house in 1937 for 500 pound with 1 Acr of land.
