Fair enough point Neil re eggs.

My understanding is satellite frequencies r broken up into 3 regions,australia in 3rd region.So how could google or samsung establish a global network even a regional network unless they own the satellite frequencies in that country.
Surely that would b telstra ,plus a couple of layman points so ready to b corrected but telstra thru Iterra i would have thought would have bought or have full intentions of buying as much satellite frequency /spectrum as possible?.
ps someone posted its the end of telstra because of the google balloons,last i read google has partnered telstra in balloon trials up north so i guess once again its going to b who owns the satellite frequency that samsung,google will patner with or tls will do it themselves?.
