Hi Geoff,

Thanks for today's update re: JPR. As a holder of JPR, I appreciate it. Could you please clarify something:

I've heard some people say that under the terms fof Block 31, it can be lost if J51 is not drilled this year. Is there any truth to this / do you know what (mis)information may have caused this rumour to circulate? (Direction to the releavnt ASX announcement would help - I've skimmed back to 2007 but cant find it).

Under a strict interpretation of the contract that could occur - bottom line is that JPR obviously has good links into government and we are always in dialogue with them about where we are at with our work commitments etc and we would obvioulsy have a plan in place if there was any danger of this being an outcome

However, the plan is very clearly to drill J-51 this year and there will be more news on when and with whom as soon as it can be announced
