If that was the case in the first place why has Lynas been waiting so long for the TOL to be issued.

According to the article posted by you we expect the decision in June end.

By that time it will be about 10 months since the production was to be started in Sep 2011.

Also what about the 800 million it has invested in plants.

Who will buy the plant or equipments.

If Lynas sell the Ore Directly, which buyer will be ready to process the ore.

As per my understanding there is not many processing plants for REE around world.

Who will bear the grunt of the investment that company has made in Malaysia.

I dont expect the Malaysiam govt to pay for the investment made by lynas.

All these questions need to be thought of as well.
