maybe not SH as such but definitely the market. T/O bid debacle is the only reason I can see as to why its where it is at. a few rabbits need to be pulled out of the hat to get SP moving again IMO. The off take agreement is a good start BUT IMO its only when shipments are commenced and real cashflow can be determined that anything will happen with SP. But it could just be market/SH perceived lack of transparency of matters resulting from that debacle that have the market stand offish - who really knows?. yep long haul to get it moving again - time will tell but the "left field play" did no one any favours!!!. i guess once bitten twice shy and one may wonder whether there are any further "left field plays" in the wind. Surely not?. But I am here until shipping commences then will reappraise my situation. all IMO so DYOR.
