losing faith., page-19

I read a broker called Marcus Padley and a while back he wrote a piece where he suggested that the real way to become rich is to find 1 stock that is a small cap (or one you can afford a lot of) you have researched as thoroughly as possible and invest a lot in it.

Now i have done plenty of research, asked a lot of questions and have a lot of confidence in ADY and its management team to think this is a good one for me to work with. The problem is I thought the same about SDL but the difference is that ADY is far less speculative, more open as a company, has an income stream, has actual resources that somone will buy in case the worst happens, etc. etc. So i am short on ideas re whether there is a similar small cap with all these fundamentals as ADY??

One thing i am pretty sure about is that i will beat the market by buying it at the right price - welllllll!!!!! hmmmmmm - would have beaten the market for the next 10 years had i bought FDL when i spotted it today???
