Exactly Mauro, some sensible logical thinking. In my mind, $28mill is a high price to pay for an unproven resource that has little chance of producing in the next 3-4-5 years, even if proven mineable. It will go through however, GPN has 70% voting rights.
And before others jump down my throat, I am not suggesting it is or isn't a good prospective resource, just querying the $56mill current value placed on the resource.
