At the Diesel Dash in Perth I raised the matter of how LNC was going to get the necessary CO2 for the EOR in Wyoming. PB was a bit cagey (as usual) but it would seem the intent is to use UCG to generate syngas, this syngas is used to generate electricity through combustion and the resultant CO2 is used collected and pumped down the wells. This would give
Electricity from coal with no CO2 emissions
Plenty of CO2 for use in EOR
Increased barrels of oil

If it can be done succesfully it will be a great plant. Time will tell as usual.
