My understanding of the judgement (confirmed after reading the JDR release today) was that MRV's major shareholder (let's call him Mr F for the sake of simplicity) appointed receivers over the Texas silver assets. The court agreed he was entitled to do so. So as it stands those assets are now held in part by those receivers on behalf of Mr F. and held also by other secured creditors. Where things go from here is anyone's guess
