I will keep trying to get my money back and/or justice from this situation ill my dying breath.
But in the scenario where nothing can be salvaged - does anyone have any ideas on whether we can at least get this loss of funds credited as a loss for tax purposes? If it's just sitting there being suspended indefinitely, it might never happen
