But seriously and despite what I said about voting - I've stated elsewhere about a month ago in the (HML AGM cancellation thread I think) That I didn't (and still don't) personally believe it likely there will be an AGM for either HML or JBL (or an audited financial statement for that matter) and why. I'm actually slightly proud of myself, it seems to have been rather accurate so far on what would happen including the 2 attempts to re-acquire the underlying businesses via repayment offers.

I'm honestly just a little disappointed is all, because they appear to have already failed so early on. I was kind of hoping for something much more out of left field or something...we'll see...

But it shouldn't be too long now I reckon (definitely not a real guarantee).
