Can anyone help.. so I gave up on getting my cash back from these thieves a while ago. But I had hoped to sell the package to a company mentioned on here to take the Tax loss this year. Now I seem to have missed something but the package of shares has been transferred from my broker account last year, can anyone shine any light on what happened that the company could just take these shares or transfer them. I presume it was self interest and ruin.

my question is how can I take a CTG loss on when I have nothing on paper in my broker account will they still be able to evidence these shares.

I’m glad not to do shares anymore and my sympathies to those ruined financially stricken here,
