The Glaucus report hi lighted some questionable facts about BLA. I am not going to argue which was right and which was wrong in the Glaucus report as frankly I do not know.
But I was very disappointed with BLA Management response and I was left unconvinced all was well with the company.
I think the Fund Managers who have invested $100 million dollars will be furious at paying $11.50 per share and I would expect legal action to follow. Fund Managers will be "Gun shy" of this stock for the foreseeable future and many will exit as soon as they can even if they have to take a loss.
So don't hold your breath the stock will climb back to its dizzy heights for many years to come or ever.
The BLA Management have lost all credibility with the market place in my opinion.
