BLA Management have done everything I would have expected them to do under the present circumstances, taking into account securities laws regarding selective disclosure etc. IMO it was prudent and responsible to not take questions on the conference call last week. I would also be more concerned about the management of the company, if it simply acceded to the wishes of Glaucus for more detailed information.
