Pioneer Credit listed on the ASX back in May 2014 at an issue price of $1.60. Today the share price has dropped to 49 cents. The original share holder have lost 69% of their initial investment since May 14.
In Aug 2018 the share price hit a high of $3.50..since then the share price has dropped by 86%.
Back in May 2014 the CEO was Keith John and the chairman was Michael Smith. These guys are still in their roles and drawing salaries and benefits.
I find it frustrating as a shareholder seeing todays announcements that Keith John has been issued 425,000 free shares under an equity incentive program. This isn't the first time for a free give away.
While the rest of us shareholders are suffering, some with significant losses the CEO continues to be "rewarded" for his " under performance".
