I'm not surprised by the death threats tbh - is hard to contain ones anger when dealing with these low lives and the victims often have nothing left to lose. They buy debts for cents in the dollar and then hound the unfortunate targets to try and make a quick buck (usually cancer or similar patients, divorcees, recipients of unfavourable court judgments, the down trodden)...so who really cares if they take a bath or not. If someone feels they are owed money it should be up to them to prove it and collect it, not palm it off to someone else because they don't want to get their hands dirty. they made the assessment to lend th emoney so they need to lie in th ebed they made.
These debt outfits aren't real businesses in my opinion so therefore no point applying respectable metrics to them. these rogue outfits just shake people down and if you come out with more than you chipped in then you're doing ok. If the CEO is dodgy so what, the whole outfit is dodgy!
