A good financial measurement is the net debt to equity ratio. Ideally this should be less than 50% to 60%.

You should take a look at Pioneer Credits current net debt ratio after the restructure and then compare it with other companies you have invested in and also the broader market.

Disclosure : I no longer own shares in PNC. I held and didn't sell out early enough when the warning signs became obvious. I lost $46k on this experience. I blame the poor business perfomance since 2018 and ultimately the weak share price on the poor management decisions of the CEO and Board.
