Talk to the shareholders of CLH who have suffered a similar fate for almost identical reasons and wonder why. I am ex-industry and all I can say is I would not be able to sleep at night if I was the CEO of either company under such circumstances and I would imagine it would be difficult to find a good talent who would consider taking the job.
