I must point out that the majority of shareholders obviously do not agree with you as 89% of votes were cast in favour of the share issue to Midbridge which is Keith Johns holding account. If there was substantial disagreement I would have thought that the vote would have attracted a spill motion and it did not. Keith John and the BOD do not hold enough shares to prevent a spill motion if holders wished to bring it on. BOD and KMP hold 6.7m shares of a total of $63.4m. Those that want him removed have a deal of lobbying to do if they want it to happen.
