Yeah, I think the US don't want too much of a rebound just yet. They want to get their house in order first.

Can you imagine the influence the Fed has over consumer banks, investment banks, and funds, after putting down $ X trillion on the table. Mate, if the FED says jump......

They are going to suck the life out of the rest of the world first. Interesting times.
