I don't trust any of them! .. how about shareholders vote ME!! as new, sole director and I'll;
(1) employ PC43 as exploration manager;
(2) Split the company into 3 and issue shares to all VPe holders;
(3) sign a contract that no directors will get paid a dime unless they can double the SP every year!
Seriously, I wrote this as a joke but suspect VPE holders might be better off if they take me up on it! LOL!
