Those factors might push the price around a few cents depending on wether its the right timing for traders to be in the mood for it. But your certainly not going to get another speculative bubble for a long long time, which is all this was and what everyone is hoping for again.

Copper etc its all the same, copper should have just oscillated back between its lows and highs for a long period which it is doing... check the copper thread about 2yrs ago, had exactly the same discusion then.
