Seeing as ARU's current EV of 160M FD approx * $1.15 = $184M less cash & NUP shares of say total $24M = EV $160M is supported just about by its JORC uranium of around 9M lbs - in zero sovereign risk NT (and there will be more than that) all the REE and vanadium is to a large extent a "free-call".
I would have thought ARU was a quite a reasonable buy at the $1.10-$1.20 level. Obviously at $1 a strong buy, ie the placement level.
