Yes, definitely want to use capital loss this year to offset against big property capital gain against smaller capital loss GTP shares.

Also have one other loss to realise on tradable stock.

I have briefly checked out the fees of delisted.com and am now thinking it might be cheaper to do some sort of off market transfer to my husband. Any help in this area would be appreciated.

I'll do a bit more googling to try and help myself now.
