I reckon the delay is because of the building subcontractor is late. This will be mitigated with liquidated damages. Since the amount of liquidated damages imposed on a subcontractor is commercial and confidence, the BOD can not disclose this. We know the commissioning of the mine is at the sign off stage. This means all construction has been done and just getting all the compliance testings done. First dig by end of this month. First dirt shipped early August. First dirt received September. First payment for dirt October.
