Fishing is never easy at the best of times.
Fishing that deep is worse ... part of the problem is not only 250m (!) of dropped pipe, but also any small fragments of metal at the bottom of the hole.
Me, I think it's a "pull back and deviate" job myself, and that means time and lots of money.
