It took some 4 hours last Friday for VGL to respond to CDR's takeover offer with a simple "do nothing"
Market has now been open for 1 1/2 today and still no further words of wisdon from the VGL board.
One could be forgiven for assuming that Penman and his crew are too busy enjoying their Christmas break to let something as trivial as their shareholder's interest interupt them!
Reckon the guy has signed his own redundancy letter!
