What's the matter with you, Ocker?
CDR makes a hostile T/O bid on a shortened Xmas Eve trading day. The board would have been scattered around the world. The CEO can't reply for the board. They MADE the necessary statement ASAP, IMO. Now they have to find someone qualified who can give an independant valuation on the company. There's not much they can do. This is the reason CDR made their offer when they did. I presume, because CDR had an offer prepared, that they had been digesting this for some time. They, no doubt, built some stake on market, and I presumed, hoped to pick up more on market at offer price. Fortunately, they didn't succeed, although I believe, they nearly caught investors napping.
In my opinion, nothing has been done wrongly. I truly don't know you are expecting.
Relax, and wait the more positive outcome, or sell. You can get 7% above offer price at this stage.
