What do I expect from the Board of VGL? A little more respect for the owners of the company - a.k.a. the shareholders!
As a comparison WYL received a takeover offer a day before VGL and yet their board has already met and issued a formal Board advice of rejection.
The best the mob at VGL is today advise shareholders the Directors intend to convene a Board meeting for "mid next week" and "expect to be able to provide
a further update to shareholders following that meeting".
"Expect to provide a further update following the meeting" - I should damn well hope so!
What a joke this mob are.
