In the very least it seems a very opportunistic call from AUZ. Deal made on September 3 (Sunday?) and they move into CR directly disclosing the details of the deal to the market (in their CR document) without MLM having announced them.
Clearly AUZ is in one hell of a rush with this. Was MLM asleep or is something else brewing!? Where is the "silver lining" for MLM? Something does not add up here, at least not for MLM. But maybe there is some hidden surprise for us....
Lets await the announcement which I expect today! Read it carefully and then decide whether we got cheated or got a great deal. With what we know now I feel cheated!
